Main Accountabilities:
Business Strategy, Policies ve Tools
Implement and follow up the development of Quality Management System
Managing, following and coordinating the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000 Quality and Food Safety Management System , and also perform the duty of “management representative” job.
Quality
Implement and protect the Quality standarts which is specified by Corporate/Regional Quality Management in a proaktif way, accordance with local legal requirements. (includes continuous improvement cycle)
For complying the standarts , applying the processes and procedures that continues until today .
Reporting the internal and external quality indicators which is been requested from auditors, customers, legal corporations, local and legal organizations. Monitoring the CSC Quality performance, and initiate the improvement measures (continuous improvement cycle)
To increase the quality awareness and also to encourage, have good relations with CSC management and focus on CSC. For Preventive Action Management, provide information related with quality requirements in the planning stages (about outsource activities and contracts )
Arranging meetings for every month about quality and follow the amendotary results
Determine the training needs and also according to that give the trainings in the CSC’s in each department
Managing the contract process, procurement of insect quality assurance
Responsible for the auditing of the local vendors and (in the company and also legally)provide the hygen, food safety and quality standarts.
Leadership
Make the company’s values and management principles live in CSC’s
Planning the cost of the budget / implement and control; if and need plan the regulative activities
Participating and supporting the Global Quality system, HACCP, Lean, Customer satisfaction and Crisis management
Knowledge, skills and Experience:
University degree in food engineering/master degree
Minumum 3 year experience in quality management
Strong communication skills (with all CSC’s)
Result oriented
Knowledge of McOffice programs
Fluent English
