Main Accountabilities:
Business Strategy, Policies and Tools
Contribute to the development of the Regional Human Resources strategy and also local/regional company strategy
Develope and implement the Country Human Resources strategy, regulations and the rules parelel to local/regional company strategy and corporate Human Resources strategy
To ensure compliance the country/regional HR strategy, to tax and social insurance legislation
Human Resources Management
To prepare short/medium and long term plans for Human Resources activities
To support the regional Human Resources for the implementation of the Corporate Human Recources process
To develope and implement a quality management people, including recruitment, training, leadership development, promotion planning, organizational development, payroll, control of the Human Resources.
To support and advice the local/regional management team according to the HR experiences
Watch and participate the corporate, regional and local projects (eg: net payment rates, absenteeism, such as shift supervisors)
To discuss and implement the local/regional labor relation policies
Always ensure the implementation of all legislative changes
To ensure effective communication in Human Resources department
Representing the company in the eye of the union and other competent authority
If relevant: To ensure the local/regional internal communication
Perform the union activities
Leadership for the responsible area
Responsible to well organize the responsible area, and to have the staff
To motive and develop the staff who are directly report to according to the Country/Region Human Resources policy
To implement, pland and control the budget for the responsible area.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience 5-8 years in human Resources departments about Payroll, Recruitment, Human Resources Management and also Human Resources development issues
Leadership experience in small and big groups
Experience in strategy implementation
Knowledge about local/regional labor law, and also experience in negotiation staff contracts.
Expertise: Organization and change management skills
Communication and representative skills
Fluent speaking in English
Preferably experience in multinational companies
Preferably educated in psychology
